The Sleep Works CBT-I Program consists of weekly one-hour online sessions, presented over 6 weeks. This program was developed using an evidence-based approach that has been clinically proven to combat the frustrating symptoms of insomnia and provide tools to maintain lasting results. The majority of people who have successfully completed the Sleep Works CBT-I Program significantly improve their sleep to normal levels and have eliminated or reduced their need for prescription sleeping aids. Those who successfully complete the CBT-I program will receive a certificate of completion, which can be shared with your healthcare professional. The Sleep Works CBT-I Program is facilitated by Marlee Boyle (Co-founder of Sleep Works) and Sarah Hergett (Registered Counselling Therapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor). Participants may be covered for this program through a personal health benefits plan. Participants who attend attend each weekly session will be provided a receipt which can be submitted for reimbursement from their health insurance provider.
