The Sleep Works CBT-I Program consists of 6 structured virtual sessions presented over 6 weeks. We use an evidence-based approach that has been clinically proven to combat the frustrating symptoms of insomnia and provide tools to maintain lasting results. The majority of people who have successfully completed the Sleep Works CBT-I Program significantly improve their sleep to normal levels and have eliminated or reduced their need for prescription sleeping aids. Please note that this is an open format group meaning that it is not limited to number of attendees. Weekly meetings are hosted live with Marlee and Leah, but your sleep data will not be reviewed and you will not have personal email support.
