Sleep Works CBT-I Private Group program is conducted online over 6 weeks, with a small group size of up to 8 participants. Join our expert-led sessions to improve your sleep quality and address insomnia-related issues effectively. Experience personalized guidance and support in a supportive and structured environment while taking the first step towards better sleep with Sleep Works. Throughout the program, we will use an evidence-based approach that has been clinically proven to combat the frustrating symptoms of insomnia and provide tools to maintain lasting results. The majority of people who have successfully completed the Sleep Works CBT-I Program significantly improve their sleep to normal levels and have eliminated or reduced their need for prescription sleeping aids. Please note that all sessions will take place virtually and live on Google Meet. Due to the small size of the private groups, it's very important to make sure you have availability in your schedule to commit to each weekly session.
