Service Description

Sleep Works offers private CBT-I group programs conducted online over 6 weeks, with a small group size of up to 8 participants. Join our expert-led sessions to improve your sleep quality and address insomnia-related issues effectively. Experience personalized guidance and support in a supportive and structured environment while taking the first step towards better sleep with Sleep Works. Throughout the program, we will use an evidence-based approach that has been clinically proven to combat the frustrating symptoms of insomnia and provide tools to maintain lasting results. The majority of people who have successfully completed the Sleep Works CBT-I Program significantly improve their sleep to normal levels and have eliminated or reduced their need for prescription sleeping aids. In addition to our general CBT-I program, we also provide programs that have been specifically adapted for the following focus areas: - Menopause - ADHD - Shift Workers - Chronic Pain - Oncology Patients Upcoming Course Start Dates & Times: March 18, 2025 @ 6:00 PM ADT: CBT-I Adapted for Menopause March 25, 2025 @ 7:30 PM ADT: CBT-I General Program April 5, 2025 @ 12:00 PM ADT: CBT-I General Program Please note that all sessions will take place virtually and live on Google Meet. Due to the small size of the private groups, it's very important to make sure you have availability in your schedule to commit to each weekly session. A waitlist will be available if your preferred start date us unavailable. The date you select will be date of your first session. You will be charged $195 CAD upon booking, which covers the cost of the first session. You can refund or exchange for a different group start date up to 72 hours before your first session. Within 72 hours of your session start date, you will be sent a link to register for weekly, automatic payments for the remainder of the session dates (5 weeks in total, $195 CAD for each week). If you cancel or refund prior to 72 hours, your spot will be forfeited. If you do not complete registration and payment for the remainder of the sessions, your registration will be cancelled and priority will be given to participants on the waitlist. Cancellation Policy

The CBT-I Private Group Program will be held once per week, for six consecutive weeks. Due to the intimate nature of the group, booking this service means you are making a commitment to attending each weekly class, on time. If for some reason you are not able to attend a session, please contact us immediate to make other arrangements at hello@sleep-works.com. By booking this service, you reserve your spot by paying for the first session up front. If you need to cancel or change to a new group, refunds and exchanges will be permitted up to 72 hours prior to the date of the session. Please note that any refunds or exchanges will result in forfeiting your spot in the program you have booked. If you need to refund or exchange within 72 hours of the program start date and time, please contact us directly. Billing for the CBT-I Private Group Program will commence on a weekly basis once your program has started. 72 hours before your program begins, you will be provided a link to set up automatic payment for the remainder of the sessions (5 in total). The credit card you choose to use will be billed automatically each week following your successful registration.
